  • Joanna White


    Joanna is an experienced financial services professional, previously holding General Manager roles at CBA and NAB. Most recently she led the Business Lending team at CBA where she had responsibility for the commercial lending and asset finance businesses. As a consultant at Bain & Company, Joanna was one of the founders of The Australian Charities Fund, now Workplace Giving Australia, becoming its CEO. She is Chair of Opportunity International Australia and is a Director on the global board of Opportunity International. Joanna has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Julia van Graas


    Julia van Graas is a co-founder of Spiique, providing hands on leadership support and interim leadership to organisations who want to reach their full potential. Globally experienced working as an interim executive and hands-on advisor, she has spent the past 15 years of her career providing leadership in turnaround, transformation and complex situations. Julia is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), a Certified Executive Coach and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

  • Ryk Neethling


    Ryk is an experienced IT professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in the fintech industry, holding a Bachelor degree in Information Systems. Ryk comes to Axsesstoday with proven leadership and a fintech track record of building successful software for ASX listed fintech companies, such as Praemium and DomaCom. He most recently held the position of Head of IT and founding shareholder at DomaCom. Since joining Axsesstoday Ryk has successfully planned and implemented a complete digital transformation of the business.

  • Konrad Pels


    Konrad Pels is the Chief Operations Officer at Axsesstoday and has more than 10 years’ experience in financial services industry, having previously led Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation programs at the National Australia Bank.  In addition to holding a Master of Business Administration and Honours in Engineering, Konrad gained deep operational experience leading manufacturing teams at Coca-Cola Amatil and engineering service teams at Glaxo Smith Kline where he also gained his Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

  • Catherine Stone


    With in excess of 10 years strategic marketing & communications experience in automotive, retail and technology, Catherine has successfully improved brand awareness and marketing ROI for underperforming businesses by multi-channel project and campaign development. Most recently Catherine played an instrumental role in the launch of Automotive Holdings Group to the Victorian market via an aggressive business acquisition strategy and raising market awareness via management of their national sponsorships. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Economics and Marketing.

  • Srini Baireddy


    A skilled and highly experienced Operational Risk and Compliance professional. Srini has 15 years of experience at ANZ, working across Business, Commercial, Institutional and Retail banking. Srini is often brought into lead comprehensive reform processes in mission-critical areas of the business. Most recently, lead the Assurance function for Commercial Banking and Asset Finance at ANZ, with a key focus on enhancing the visibility and accountability. Srini has Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
